  • Why do I need to sign up for an account in order to place an order?

    Signing up for an account with Lumiere allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your previous orders placed with Lumiere. It also allows Lumiere staff to quickly search and reply to any queries you may have about your order.

  • How secure is my credit card information?

    Your credit card payment will be conducted directly via the Payment Express payment facility over a Secure Socket Layer (128 bit SSL) connection. Lumiere does not store Credit Card information, or have access to your Credit Card details. Any payments made to this website will appear on your credit card statement as Heritage Brands.

  • Where can I find ingredients lists for all Lumiere products?

    Lumiere products have all ingredients printed on the back of the packaging. If you require specific information about the product, please contact Lumiere.

  • What is Lumiere’s returns policy?

    Because Lumiere sells its products both directly and indirectly (through distributors) to retailers we are unable to process returns for purchases made from pharmacies or department stores. Should you wish to return an Lumiere product, please contact your place of purchase for a refund or exchange, according to the retailer’s return policy. We advise that you always keep your receipt and check retailer’s conditions for returns. If for some reason you do not wish to keep a product ordered on Lumiere's website, you may return new and unused items within 14 days of the date of receipt. Lumiere will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return item to Lumiere within fourteen days, and we will reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return carriage.
